Graduates should arrive at 5:15 p.m. to sign in with the photographer and GSCC staff.
There is not a graduation practice.
Graduates should show up with cap, tassel and gown (purchase in the bookstore prior to the ceremony).
Graduation Applications are online, the deadline for Spring is April 21, 2014.
There is no fee for the application.
There is a $10 Diploma fee if a student wants a printed diploma.
Diplomas will be mailed out on June 6, 2014.
The SafeAssign central services will undergo maintenance that requires a service outage on Saturday, April 26, 2014 10am – 12pm US Eastern (GMT -4). For the first half hour, SafeAssign functionality will not be available and an error will be displayed to the user. For the remainder of the maintenance window, papers will not be processed. Papers submitted during this maintenance window will be queued, and reports will be delayed until after the maintenance has completed.
Immediately after this deployment has completed, users will experience a new look and feel on their originality reports. Please refer to the Release Notes for more detailed information about this deployment on April 26th, 2014.

Student Support Services (SSS)
• SSS is a federally funded program that helps qualified students to be successful in college.
• All services are free to eligible students.
• Student Support Services is located on the top floor of Inzer Student Center.
• Visit our office and fill out a brief application to see if you qualify.
Who Can Join?
Students who are U.S. citizens and currently enrolled at Gadsden State may apply for SSS. The student must have academic need for our services and meet at least one of the following qualifications:
§ Low income student
§ First generation college student (neither parent graduated from a four-year college)
§ Have a documented disability

Click on the My Institution Tab found top left
Click the Add Module button directly beneath the My Institution Tab
Scroll through the various modules and locate My Messages
Click the Add button
